Pre-arrival:

West End Guest House is situated in a peaceful location approx. 150 yards from Reeth Road on the outskirts of Richmond. Access from the road is via a shared drive with the Garden Cottages.

Access by Car:

From the A1, go to Scotch Corner and follow the signs to Richmond (A6108). This will lead you to Pottergate, Queens Road, Victoria Road and then onto Reeth Road. The house is located on the right approx. 150 yards in from the main road opposite a disused ATS garage.

Parking is available directly outside the front of the house and on the graveled area to your left. Parking on the shared drive is for the Garden Cottages.

by Train:

The nearest train stations are Northallerton (18 miles) and Darlington (16 miles). A regular train service to and from London, York and Leeds is also available and a regular bus service to Richmond from both towns is available.

by Bus:

A regular bus service runs from Northallerton and from Darlington to Richmond. Route 29 from Darlington stops directly outside the house on Reeth Road.

by Taxi:

The taxi rank in situated in the main square and the taxi ride is less than 5 minutes to the house.

by foot:

From the market square walk along Finkle Street, follow the curve of the road around to your left. This joins with a cobbled area in which cars are parked on both sides of the street called Newbiggin. At the end of this road turn right and join the main road. Turn left at the junction and continue to follow the curve of the road round to the left. Continue downhill and ahead you will see the sign for West End Guest House on the right after the right turn off into a housing area. Continue up the drive and follow the curve of the drive around to the left to the main house.

On Arrival:

• Entrance to the house is via the main door.
• Please ring the bell before entering.
