• From the entrance hall step down 1 step
• 5 individual square tables with solid legs each seating 2 people
• 1 sofa (seating height 17” from the floor)

 

Bedroom 1:

• Access is via the main stairs (12 steps) upwards fromthe entrance hall followed by a further 2 steps to the left and left again by 3 steps
• Bedroom floor level with stair landing
• Ensuite level with bedroom floor
• Grab rail in ensuite bathroom

Bedroom 2:

• Access is via the main stairs (12 steps) upwards followed by a further 2 steps straight ahead and then along a hallway
• Bedroom floor level with the hallway
• Access to the ensuite via 3 upward steps
• Safety nosing to the steps and grab rail in bathroom

Bedroom 3:

• Access is via the main stairs (12 steps) upwards followed by a further 2 steps straight ahead, then along the hallway and down 2 steps into the room
• Access to the ensuite via 2 upward steps
• Safety nosing to steps and Grab rail in bathroom

Bedroom 4 (Ground floor room):

• Access via the main entrance hall and through the breakfast room
• 2 steps down into the bedroom - grab rails on entry and on exit

• Access via the main entrance hall and through the rest area
