• Access is via the main stairs (12 steps) upwards from the entrance hall followed by a further 2 steps to the left and left again by 3 steps
• Bedroom floor level with stair landing
• Ensuite level with bedroom floor

Bedroom 2:

• Access is also via the main stairs (12 steps) upwards followed by a further 2 steps straight ahead and then along a hallway
• Bedroom floor level with the hallway
• Access to the ensuite via 3 upward steps
