• As we have a small number of rooms and no communal facilities we are unable to offer early check-in or late check-out.
• If travelling for weddings, etc. please ensure you book an extra day if you need to shower or change outfits in the morning before the event starts.
• You are more than welcome to leave your car (at own risk) if arriving early on your day of check-in but we are unable to look after vehicles outside of your stay duration.
• We are unable to offer evening meals or packed lunch service as there are many options available in Richmond Town Centre.
• We regret that we have no family rooms or facilities for babies therefore do not accept children under the age of 10.
• We have a 2 night minimum stay policy.
• The premises is strictly non-smoking (including grounds).
• The property is unsuitable for wheelchair users.
• We regret we cannot accept pets other than guide dogs.
• We do not have on-site laundry facilities.
